  • Our facility is routinely inspected by a 3rd party auditor: ASI Food Safety Consultants and we have maintained an “Excellent” rating or higher since our inception in 1990.

  • In addition to the 3rd party audits, we also receive multiple FDA, IBH, Kosher, and Organic certification audits throughout the year.

  • Finally, we maintain multiple mandatory food safety tests each week as well as going above and beyond the mandatory regulations by performing our own food safety testing program minimally, twice a day.
