Garden Cut ® BLT Salad with Gorgonzola Dressing


Heat olive oil in a sauté pan over medium-high heat. Add bacon and cook, until crisp. Drain thoroughly on paper towels. Cool, then chop.

Place lettuce in a bowl and toss with Gorgonzola dressing. Top with red onion, tomato and bacon. Season with salt and pepper. Serve immediately.
