Garden Cut ® Roast Root Vegetables

Preheat oven to 425 degrees F and position a rack in the center of the oven.

On a baking sheet, toss the Garden Cut Root Vegetables with the olive oil, salt, pepper, and fresh herbs. Roast stirring occasionally, until the vegetables are browned and tender, about 25 to 30 minutes. Serve immediately.

  • 2 lbs. Garden Cut® Root Vegetable

  • 1/3 Cup of extra-virgin olive oil

  • 1 tbsp. Rosemary

  • 1 tbsp. Thyme

  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper
